Existing flooring is removed and disposed of, and underlayment is installed, such as cement board for tile or moisture barriers for LVP.
We plan the layout to minimize small pieces, find the room's center, and establish guidelines before dry-laying the pattern.
Tiles are set with thinset and leveling systems, while LVP and hardwood are clicked, glued, or nailed, with precise cuts around obstacles.
Grout is applied to tile after thinset cures, and excess is cleaned. For other floors, trim and transitions are installed.
Grout lines and natural stone are sealed, and baseboards are installed. A thorough cleaning ensures a dust-free and satisfying finish.
